Lauren Tate is a Writer from Detroit, Michigan, a University of Michigan Alum, and a self-published author currently residing in New Zealand.

 

Writing came into her life through poetry and short stories, and later, she explored holistic practices through journaling and storytelling. 

 

Lauren's mission is to create and empower communities through the written word and the power of sharing one's story and burdens. She believes in the transformative power of literature and storytelling to bring people together and inspire change.

 

Lauren teaches Self-Unplugged workshops to assist and guide others in expressing and possessing Self-awareness, Honesty, and Vulnerability.
